NOHO Smart Home
Technology in the service of utility, safety and comfort. NOHO apartments are equipped with a smart home system.•The Smart Home package allows for voice-operated or remote (from a mobile device) management and control of:•lighting, heating (floor and radiator), availability of electricity in a given socket, and, thanks to a motion sensor, building and activation of programmed scenarios. As part of NOHO Smart Home, we also offer a smoke detector and siren, and the possibility of expanding the system to control blinds, roller-blinds and air conditioning.
